Here’s the Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years in business administration, finance/bookkeeping, or operations administration — ideally supporting a US-based professional-services, engineering, or construction firm.

• Fluency in a project-based ERP / PSA: Unanet strongly preferred; comparable platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint, BST, Ajera, or similar) acceptable with a fast ramp to Unanet.

• Hands-on US bookkeeping: project and general accounting, AP/AR, billing and collections, and monthly close.

• Experience managing insurance renewals and certificates, contract administration, and payroll coordination.

• Comfortable coordinating with US CPAs, insurance brokers, and payroll providers; excellent written and spoken English.

• Trustworthy and discreet with financial and sensitive business information; highly organized and deadline-driven.

First 90 Days - What Success Looks Like

● Bookkeeping, AP/AR, and billing fully taken over in Unanet, with a reliable monthly close in place.

● The weekly Unanet scorecard (utilization, realization, project margin, AR aging, recurring %, pipeline) stood up and reported.

● Insurance renewals, certificates, contracts, and license/filing deadlines tracked on one calendar.

● A measurable reduction in the Principal’s administrative hours — target of at least 50%.
