Work From Home Client Advisor

Role Overview

• This is a full-time, remote opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, explaining information clearly, and managing a consistent flow of customer conversations. Everyone you contact has already requested information about available coverage options, so you will be working with warm, interested leads rather than making cold calls.
• Your focus will be on understanding each household's needs, explaining plan options in simple terms, answering questions, and assisting eligible individuals through the application and enrollment process. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided from the beginning.
• This role is best suited for someone comfortable with steady phone-based work who can stay organized, motivated, and productive while working independently from home. Compensation is performance-based and reflects completed enrollments and overall results.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested coverage information
• Introduce available options and explain plan costs, benefits, and coverage details in clear, easy-to-understand terms
• Answer questions from customers and, when applicable, family members involved in the decision-making process
• Help customers evaluate their options and move forward with the enrollment process
• Complete applications accurately and carefully review all information before submission
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate notes, customer records, and follow-up activities
• Manage your calendar and track where each customer stands throughout the process
• Maintain consistent activity and productivity across a high volume of warm leads

Pay: $66,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
