Work From Home Client Advisor

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning about insurance coverage and help them understand their available options.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and qualified leads from day one. Your primary responsibility will be to build trust with each customer, explain plan options clearly, answer questions, and guide applicants through the enrollment process from start to finish.

This is a phone-focused position that is well suited to someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and is motivated by measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with qualified, warm leads and introduce yourself professionally
• Learn each customer’s needs and explain available insurance plans in clear, easy-to-understand terms
• Answer questions and provide guidance to customers and family members involved in the decision-making process
• Complete applications accurately and review all information before submission
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records and keep customer information and enrollment status up to date
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
• Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals

Pay: $68,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
