Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

• Help clients understand coverage choices and available services
• Provide timely follow-up and professional support
• Maintain accurate records of client communication
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
