What You’ll Be Doing

As a Coverage Specialist, you’ll help people make sense of their insurance choices through one-on-one phone conversations. Individuals reach out because they want information, and you’ll help them understand what may be available based on their needs.

Rather than simply providing information, you’ll guide each conversation, explain policy options, answer questions, and help interested individuals move through the application process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Talk with prospective clients about their coverage interests

* Gather information about their current needs and priorities

* Present relevant insurance options

* Explain policy terms, features, and costs

* Address questions and provide clear answers

* Guide clients through applications and enrollment

* Follow up with individuals who are still considering their options

* Update records and track next steps

* Participate in ongoing product and professional training

Estimated earnings are provided as a range and are based on individual performance. Actual compensation will vary.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
