What This Role Is

• You work from home full time, on the phone with families who asked for information. These are warm leads who already asked for tailored insurance and finance advisory information, so you help them pick a plan and enroll.
• It fits someone organized and self-motivated who likes managing their own day from home. It is not for you if steady phone time sounds tiring. Training provided at no cost to you and steady support come with the role. Compensation rewards performance, so strong results mean stronger pay.

Day to Day

• Answer inbound calls from interested families and review their budget together.
• Connect with families during scheduled appointments and explain what each plan covers.
• Review coverage options with each household and confirm their information before enrolling.
• Compare available plans for each family and keep the process simple for them.
• Walk families through their benefit choices and check in until they feel ready.
• Explain coverage options in plain terms and note their preferences for later.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning coverage options and plans, with a quiet space to take calls.
• Able to keep notes accurate and current, with full-time availability during business hours.
• Comfortable talking with people on the phone, with a positive attitude with families.
• A clear and friendly speaking voice, with strong follow-through on every lead.
• Patient when explaining details more than once, with steady attendance and good time management.
• Self-motivated while working from home, with the ability to learn plan details quickly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
