Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Make outbound calls on behalf of a variety of clients.
• Follow client-specific call flows and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Remain professional when handling challenging customer conversations
• Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations.

• Comfortable using a computer, navigating multiple applications, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
