Work from Home Life Representative (Training Provided)

Overview

Build your insurance knowledge while working directly with families from home. You’ll learn the products and process through training, then spend your day speaking with households about life and health coverage, answering questions, and helping them complete enrollment.

You don’t need previous insurance experience to get started. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate clearly, and stay engaged throughout the day. Leads are provided, along with training, scripts, coaching, and the tools needed to do the job. Earnings are performance-based.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact households through the leads provided each day.
• Ask questions to understand their coverage needs and priorities.
• Explain life and health plans in clear, straightforward terms.
• Help clients evaluate options based on their circumstances.
• Complete applications accurately with clients.
• Follow up with people who need additional information before moving forward.
• Keep client notes and activity organized in the system.

The Right Fit

• Comfortable learning new products and applying what you learn.
• Confident speaking with people by phone throughout the workday.
• Able to explain information without relying on industry jargon.
• Attentive to details when reviewing applications and client information.
• Consistent about working through daily leads and follow-up.
• Comfortable working independently from a home office.
• Open to coaching and willing to develop your skills.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
