The Role

We're hiring a Work-From-Home Life Specialist for full-time remote work helping families by phone with their life insurance options. This is a commission-based role, giving you the opportunity to earn based on your results, with the training, tools, and team support in place to help you succeed. You'll speak with people who have requested information, answer questions, review coverage options, and follow up until each application is complete.

You won't be left to figure things out on your own. We'll train you on the process, provide proven scripts, and support you as you build confidence and develop your skills. The people who succeed here stay organized, follow up consistently, and see each case through from start to finish.

What the Work Looks Like

• Reach warm leads who already requested coverage information.
• Go over each household's options and answer questions.
• Follow up as needed until applications are complete.
• Track every open case from start to finish.
• Confirm all details before wrapping up each enrollment.
• Keep your follow-up list fully current every day.

• Reliable about following through on every open case.
• Comfortable on the phone throughout the entire day.
• Organized and steady with many families in progress.
• Reliable internet and a quiet corner to work.
• Able to learn the plans and explain them well.
• Bothered by loose ends until they are handled.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
