Primary Responsibilities

• Screen Outbound Prospects: Speak with individuals looking for remote work to determine if they meet the basic criteria for our opportunity.
• Advertising/Marketing: if you know how to do basic advertising/marketing that is a plus but not required
• Coordinate the Application Process: Guide qualified prospects smoothly from a phone conversation into our digital pipeline.
• Deploy the Email Funnel: Immediately follow up with qualified prospects by getting their email address.
• Track Tracking Links: Ensure your unique tracking/referral link is properly embedded inside the emails so you get full credit and payouts when the prospect completes their onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal Communication: Comfortable speaking on the phone with an encouraging, professional, and clear tone.
• Basic Technical Ability: Capable of copying, pasting, and navigating the email platform your using
• Self-Disciplined: Ability to manage your own hours and consistently work through your lead list every day.
• Goal-Oriented: Motivated by a high-paying, per-onboarding commission structure.
• Home Office Setup: A reliable smartphone, a computer or laptop, and a stable internet connection.

Side Note: Before you apply! Yes, there is no investment to pay to make money when you go thru this AT FIRST. You may have to invest as little as a $1 to get yourself leads (about 100 leads for a $1) as it will be mentioned in the last email or you could advertise but sometimes advertising could cause a lil investment on whatever platform you would use to advertise but there’s also free advertising but may come with limits onto which platform you would be using.
