🚀 WFH Data Ops Executive (3-Month Contract) – Fresh Grads Welcome!

📍 Work Arrangement: Work From Home

⏳ Contract: 3 Months (renewble based on performance)

🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Non-shift)

Physical training needed at Mercu 2 (Approx 2-3 days)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: RM 1,700
• KPI Incentive: RM 300
• Annual Leave: Prorated (1 month = 1 day AL)

📌 What You’ll Do

• Review marketplace listings and check if they follow platform guidelines.
• Categorize products under the correct categories.
• Identify and report issues with listings.
• Suggest improvements to daily workflows.
• Assist with listing-related enquiries from customers and internal teams.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of Content Moderation experience are welcome.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
