What You Will Do:

• Work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes.
• Organize discussions with customers to understand requirements and map out supporting documentation
• Get appropriate alignment and approval from customers
• Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders
• Standardize work processes by utilizing industry’s best practices.
• Coordinate work activities to align with business expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio to support project documentation and communication.
• Apply strong business acumen to understand and align project goals with business objectives.

Work Experience

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in environmental / petroleum / chemical / mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant) for Sustainability.
• Experience in performing data analysis on environmental regulations for air, water, and waste, and evaluate alternatives to meet compliance requirements, articulate recommendations.
• Experience in ESG reporting, assurance processes, lifecycle assessment (LCA) and carbon accounting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with SharePoint
• Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed flow charts

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
