Work Process Improvement Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for organization-wide process improvement aligned with business objectives.
2. Analyze and optimize end-to-end business and operational processes to eliminate waste, reduce costs and improve productivity.
3. Lead process redesign, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other improvement methodologies.
4. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions, including RPA, Workflow Automation, AI and ERP enhancements.
5. Establish and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs), including cycle time, cost savings, error reduction and productivity improvement.
6. Develop performance dashboards and data analytics to support management decision-making.
7. Evaluate and prioritize improvement projects based on business impact, feasibility and return on investment (ROI).
8. Lead and develop the Process Improvement team while driving change management and a continuous improvement culture.
9. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to implement sustainable operational improvements.
10. Present improvement strategies, project progress and measurable business results to senior management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Control Engineering or related fields).
2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Process Improvement, Process Engineering, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) or Operational Excellence.
3. At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
4. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
5. Knowledge of power plant operations, particularly biomass, coal-fired or solar power generation.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and relevant analytical tools.
8. Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
9. Experience in Digital Transformation, Process Automation, RPA or ERP improvement projects will be an advantage.
10. Ability to lead organizational change and develop team capabilities.
