We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our fast-paced and growing team within our busy small engine and mower workshop environment.

This is a key leadership and coordination role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent organisational skills, and understands the importance of customer service, workflow management, and workshop efficiency.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, including:

• Managing workshop bookings and job flow
• Coordinating technicians and workload priorities
• Liaising with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and updates
• Ordering and coordinating parts required for repairs
• Ensuring accurate job card management and invoicing support
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assisting in improving workshop productivity and efficiencies

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, or similar role is essential
• Strong knowledge of small engines, mowers, and outdoor power equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment
• Strong computer and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
