Skills:-    Required Qualifications  - 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.  - 3+ years of hands-on Workato experience, including architecture and complex enterprise integrations.  - Strong experience designing and implementing integrations with Workday Financials.  - Strong understanding of billing systems and revenue-related business processes.  - Experience working on billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounting, or financial transformation projects.  - Experience with Workday integration technologies/APIs, such as Workday REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, Workday Web Services, and related integration mechanisms.  - Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks, OAuth, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.  - Experience with data transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling frameworks.  - Experience leading integration architecture for large-scale migration or transformation programs.  - Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.  - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.     Preferred Qualifications  - Workato certification or advanced Workato experience.  - Experience with Workday Financial Management implementations.  - Experience with billing platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, Salesforce Billing, Oracle BRM, SAP BRIM, or similar platforms.  - Experience with revenue recognition / ASC 606 processes.  - Experience integrating CRM, CPQ, subscription management, payment, ERP, and financial systems.  - Experience with event-driven and API-led integration architectures.  - Experience with financial data reconciliation and migration.  - Experience working in Agile delivery environments.  - Experience providing technical leadership to distributed engineering teams.     Key Business Domains  The candidate should be comfortable working across the following business areas:  Billing → Invoicing → Revenue → Accounting → Workday Financials  Typical use cases may include:  - Customer and account synchronization  - Product/plan and pricing data  - Subscription and contract information  - Billing transactions  - Invoice creation and updates  - Credit notes and adjustments  - Usage-based billing  - Revenue schedules  - Revenue recognition events  - Revenue allocation  - Accounting entries / journals  - Payments and settlements  - Refunds and adjustments  - Financial reconciliation  - Period-close and reporting processes
