What they need
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Workato integrations, recipes, and automation workflows.
- Monitor integration jobs, identify failures, troubleshoot errors, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to APIs, connectors, data mapping, authentication, and workflow execution.
- Support integrations between enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Investigate recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with application owners, business teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve integration-related incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions, known errors, and support procedures.
- Assist with recipe enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment support.
- Maintain integration documentation and follow incident management and change management processes.
- Provide regular updates on support tickets, incidents, and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
