Job Description:
We are looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday HCM and compensation configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure salary planning, merit cycles, bonus/incentive plans, and stock plans.
- Manage compensation review templates, eligibility rules, and budget pools.
- Troubleshoot compensation workflows and calculation issues.
- Configure Workday security roles and domain policies.
- Create reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
