Job Summary

A Workday Advanced Compensation Senior/Lead Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling Workday Compensation configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.

• Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.

• Active Workday certification is desired.

• Collaborate with the Client Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.

• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the clients expected business result.

• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.

• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.

• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
