Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to support Workday HCM operations, system analysis, configuration, reporting, testing and HR technology initiatives. You will work closely with HR,

Payroll, Benefits, IT and business teams to support Workday functionality, resolve system issues and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day analysis and administration of Workday HCM.
• Assist with Workday configuration, business processes and system enhancements.
• Gather and document HRIS and functional requirements.
• Support areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll.
• Analyze HR system data and identify data quality or process issues.
• Support data loads, validation, reconciliation and maintenance activities.
• Support Workday updates, enhancements and new feature releases.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
• Prepare process documentation, functional specifications and user guides.
• Provide end-user support and assist with Workday training.
