Workday Analyst

Our client, a well-known financial services firm, is seeking Workday Functional Analysts to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. These roles are ideal for Workday professionals with 3+ years of experience who have strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Workday Financials, or Workday Adaptive Planning, and who have implemented or supported a Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday within your area of expertise (HCM, Financials, or Adaptive Planning)
• Partner with HR, Finance, and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
• Support implementation activities, including design, testing, data validation, and go-live
• Build and maintain Workday reports, business processes, and integrations
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements
• Serve as a polished, trusted point of contact for business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in HCM, Financials, or Adaptive Planning
• Must have implemented or supported a Workday implementation
• Financial services industry experience required for Financials and Adaptive Planning roles
• HCM candidates from a variety of industries are welcome
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders
• Stable work history with reputable organizations or consultancies
• Workday certification is a plus
• Must be US-based; remote is available, NYC-area candidates strongly preferred
