Workday Application Data Integration Specialist

We are looking for a specialist with experience in HRIS / HCM applications, data handling, or enterprise application data integration to support the daily operation, data validation, process support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Workday-related systems. Prior hands-on Workday experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have strong system thinking, data handling capability, and cross-functional communication skills.

This role will work closely with HR, IT, external consultants, and system owners to ensure employee master data, organization data, onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and manager changes are processed accurately, securely, and reliably across systems.

1. Support daily operation, data validation, issue tracking, and user support for HRIS / HCM / Workday-related systems.

2. Assist with data exchange and process alignment between Workday and internal systems, such as workflow systems, reporting platforms, internal management systems, or other enterprise applications.

3. Work with HR and IT teams to clarify employee data processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, organization changes, manager changes, position changes, and cost center changes.

4. Assist in designing and maintaining data mappings, field transformation rules, validation rules, error handling processes, and integration specifications.

5. Support inbound and outbound data exchange through APIs, SFTP, CSV, XML, JSON, batch files, or scheduled jobs.

6. Troubleshoot system data issues, including data synchronization failures, job failures, field mapping errors, format errors, and integration failures.

7. Support Workday-related changes, including requirement clarification, test case preparation, UAT support, production validation, and issue reporting.

8. Maintain system documentation, including user guides, operation manuals, integration specifications, data mapping documents, troubleshooting procedures, and change records.

9. Help ensure HR data exchange processes comply with company requirements for personal data protection, data access control, and data security.
