Workday Associate

Role purpose

The Associate Consultant executes well-defined configuration tasks with light supervision, deepening capability within a single Workday module. The role delivers reliable configuration and testing, supports workshops, and holds update with Workday release road map

Key responsibilities

• Configure routine functional areas and simple business processes within a module with light supervision.

• Build standard and custom reports; assist in creating calculated fields.

• Prepare and execute EIB data loads; validate loaded data.

• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and workbooks.

• Author and execute unit and system test scripts for own configuration.

• Log, triage, retest and close defects.

• Support senior colleagues in requirements and design workshops; capture actions, decisions and open items.

• Respond to defined client queries within own area under guidance.

• Record time accurately and meet utilization expectations.

• Proficient with core configuration and simple business processes within a module.

• Standard and custom report building; basic calculated fields.

• EIB data loads and validation.

• Working knowledge of security assignment.

• Mid - Level in on specific module in workday
