- Works with HR and IT Security teams to make sure user access stays secure, compliant, and timely across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience, including hands-on work with Workday.
- Solid functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM, including Business Processes (BPs), worker statuses (Pre-Hire, Active, Terminated) and organization structures .
- Thorough understanding of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle.
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, Microsoft Active Directory, or One Identity Active Roles Server (ARS) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in process modeling and in building cross-functional swimlane diagrams that are technically detailed but easy to read.
- Strong analytical skills for complex access scenarios such as global transfers, concurrent jobs, and re-hires.
- Can translate HR business concepts into technical IT specifications, and the reverse.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with business and technical stakeholders.
