The quality of life is enhanced by the recreational opportunities of the Chesapeake region and close proximity to the amenities of Washington D.C., Baltimore and Richmond.

  • 5+ years of change management experience, including experience supporting ERP, HCM, financial system, or Workday-related implementations.
  • Experience supporting changes affecting multiple functional areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and/or Student administration.
  • Ability to translate complex system and process changes into clear, practical messages for nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and relationship-management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder, change-impact, and organizational-readiness assessments.
  • Ability to work effectively with executives, project leadership, functional teams, technical teams, communications professionals, and implementation partners.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple change activities against an integrated project schedule.
  • Experience in higher education strongly preferred; direct Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and/or Student implementation experience is preferred.
