What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized Workday configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday modules such as Core HCM, HCM, Integration, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation, configuration, or data migration.
Job Requirements :
- Certified Workday Consultant with 8-16 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday solutions.
- Strong understanding of Workday Functional (Core HCM), Workday HCM, Workday Integration modules.
- Experience in designing complex integrations between different systems using Workday's integration capabilities.
- Must have Certified Licence holding in Workday.
