What they need
For an international organization in Zuid-Holland, I am looking for an experienced Senior Workday Consultant. You will provide functional expertise across multiple Workday modules, with a strong understanding of the wider HR-IT landscape.
Tasks and responsiblities
- Provide functional support across Workday modules
- Act as a key point of contact for functional Workday questions
- Coach and support junior and medior consultants
- Act as a functional lead within the Workday team
- Understand the impact of Workday changes on the wider HR-IT landscape
Your profile
- Extensive experience as a Workday Consultant
- Broad functional knowledge across multiple Workday modules
- Relevant Workday certifications
- Strong understanding of the wider HR-IT landscape
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English
Start: No later than November 2026
Location: Zuid-Holland
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Rate: Market competitive
