We are currently partnering with a leading Big Four consulting firm in multiple exciting opportunities within their Workday practice across the UK.

💼 What you’ll be doing

Depending on the role, you will:

• Prism & Accounting: Develop Prism / Accounting Center solutions as part of a workstream or sub‑workstream from source analysis and ingestion design through build, testing, cutover and hypercare; Collaborate with Integrations, Security and Financials configurations teams.
• Workday Integrations: Develop and architect Workday integrations, including data mapping and validation; Oversee Workday integration development team (Studio, EIB, APIs) throughout the full lifecycle.
• Workday P2P/O2C: Own end-to-end delivery for multi-workstream Workday Financials programmes spanning P2P/O2C, from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live assurance; Partner across HR/Financials, Integrations, Prism/Accounting Centre and Adaptive to deliver cross-platform value
• Workday R2R: Configure and maintain R2R modules (General Ledger, Consolidation, Reporting); Lead implementations and enhancements; Collaborate with finance and audit teams.

🔎 What we’re looking for

• Strong exposure to Workday and relevant modules dependent on the role
• Background in Big Four or similar consulting environments strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
