Workday Contract Accountant

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a health and human services organization in Manchester, New Hampshire that is searching for a Senior Accountant or Finance professional with Workday experience for a consulting engagement. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately.

The responsibilities for the Senior Accountant will include but will not be limited to:

• Workday software is an essential component of this job.
• Assist with the month end close and perform adjusting journal entries for a variety of departments
• Perform accounting and audit work in support of corporate.
• Special projects as assigned.
• General ledger, assist with production and analysis of financial statements.

The ideal candidate for the Staff Accountant role should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Recent experience with accounting system, Workday, and advanced Excel skills
• Recent experience as a Staff Accountant / Audit or Tax.
