- Configuration & Maintenance
- Configure, test, and deploy changes within the Workday Core HCM module (organizations, positions, job profiles, compensation structures, business processes, etc.).
- Maintain foundational data elements and ensure consistent setup across the system.
- Support ongoing releases, system upgrades, and new Workday functionality rollouts.
- System Support, Troubleshooting and Security
- Provide day-to-day operational support for HR users and employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with Workday Support or IT as needed.
- Manage security roles and user access into Workday
- Ownership of Security Matrix
- Process Optimization
- Analyze current HR processes and identify automation or efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to design and implement best practices using Workday capabilities.
- Conduct workshops to identify needs and change requests
- Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HCM data sets.
- Support HR analytics and compliance reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Compensation, and IT teams on cross-functional projects.
- Provide training and documentation to HR and business users.
- Participate in change management and communication planning for Workday enhancements and newsletters for HR Community.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.
- Use Workday Help to support and process employee cases.
