Job Summary: We are looking for a Workday Developer / Workday Integration Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday reporting, security, business processes, integrations, and Workday Extend development.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Development
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
• Expertise in Workday Security
• Experience with Business Process Configuration
• Strong understanding of Calculated Fields
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Reporting
• Experience with Workday Extend
• Knowledge of Prism Analytics (Preferred)
• Design and development of Inbound & Outbound Integrations
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services
• Understanding of SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Identity & Access Management
• Exposure to Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Workday integrations and custom solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday security and business processes.
• Create advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Develop applications using Workday Extend.
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and identity management standards.
