- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday performance, data discrepancies, or user errors.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM system architecture and its extensions (e.g., Studio).
- Proficiency in creating complex reports using various reporting tools within Workday.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.
