Role Overview

We are looking for a Workday Extend Developer with 5-8 years of experience to design and develop custom applications and solutions on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday APIs, UI development, and integrations .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend .
• Build scalable and secure applications to address business requirements.
• Develop user interfaces and application workflows within the Workday ecosystem.
• Work with Workday APIs, REST/SOAP services, and integrations .
• Integrate Extend applications with Workday and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy Extend applications.
• Perform application troubleshooting and production support.
• Follow Workday security and development best practices.
• Participate in application enhancements and Workday releases.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of software/application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend .
• Strong understanding of Workday APIs and integrations .
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Knowledge of application development and UI technologies.
• Understanding of Workday security and business processes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Workday Extend certification/experience is preferred.
