We are looking for a skilled professional to join our HR Technology team and drive the optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of Workday and other HR technology solutions.

📌 Role: Workday HR Technology Specialist

📍 Location: Pune

💼 Experience: 6 + years

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional expert across multiple Workday domains, providing expertise on system capabilities, configuration, best practices and emerging technologies.
• Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient and user-centric technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of Workday and the broader HR technology landscape through automation, process simplification and optimization initiatives.
• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of new functionality, enhancements and technology initiatives across multiple HR domains.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality, ensuring alignment with global standards, business requirements and enterprise architecture principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee, manager and HR user experiences by leveraging technology, self-service capabilities, automation and AI-driven features.
• Support integration and data flows between Workday and other enterprise applications, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance and governance within assigned areas, including GDPR, access controls, audit requirements and corporate IT policies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution while maintaining system reliability, operational excellence and business continuity.
• Evaluate and leverage new Workday capabilities, automation technologies, reporting insights and AI-enabled features to drive business value and innovation.
