Workday HCM Integration Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Integration Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday integrations.

Note: Active Workday Certification is mandatory.

Experience: 10-15 years overall, including at least 2–3 years in an Integration Architect role

Notice Period: Immediate joiners - less than 30 days

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and lead end-to-end Workday HCM integration architecture and technical solutions.
• Oversee the development of inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, security protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Conduct technical design reviews, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and optimize integration performance.
• Guide and mentor integration developers while ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.

Required Skills :

• 10+ years of overall IT/enterprise integration experience, including strong hands-on Workday HCM integration experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a Workday Integration Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Good understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with integration security, authentication, encryption, and enterprise integration standards.
• Strong solution design, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
