Job Description We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 4 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical configuration. The candidate should have strong expertise in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday HCM integrations and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday Reports, including advanced and custom reports.
• Design, develop, and support EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) inbound and outbound integrations.
• Develop and maintain Core Connector Outbound integrations.
• Work on Workday Payroll integrations and related interfaces.
• Develop and support Benefits Connector Outbound integrations.
• Build complex integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, and APIs.
• Understand and work with Workday business processes, security, and integration security policies.
• Perform integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support integration-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
