该职位来源于猎聘 Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Module Configuration Consultant to support ongoing Workday enhancement and optimization initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday HR modules, with a strong focus on Attendance Management/Time & Attendance processes. The role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders, business users, and the Workday configuration team based in India to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on Workday configuration expertise, particularly in attendance-related functionality, and be able to communicate effectively in English within a global project environment. Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain Workday HR modules in accordance with business and operational requirements.
• Lead and support the configuration of Attendance Management, Time Tracking, and Absence Management functionalities within Workday.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize Workday processes and improve system effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the Workday configuration team in India, ensuring alignment on design decisions, configuration activities, testing, issue resolution, and deployment timelines.
• Support system enhancement initiatives, change requests, and continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT support, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, providing timely support for production incidents and enhancement requests.
• Support data validation, migration activities, and integration testing where required.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation, functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user support during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in HR systems.
• Strong experience in Workday Time Tracking, Attendance Management, and/or Absence Management configuration.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or production support activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
