Workday HR Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Develop calculated fields and customized reporting solutions to address complex HR and business requirements.
• Create dashboards and workforce analytics that provide actionable insights for HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Work with Workday modules, including Core HR, PS Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent and Performance, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports, troubleshoot reporting issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Gather reporting requirements from HR leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and document reporting processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reporting quality, accuracy, and service delivery.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Review Workday release updates, assess their impact on existing reports, and implement required changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Promote reporting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and support knowledge sharing and team development.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• 7+ years of relevant Workday reporting experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer.
• Experience developing Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Strong knowledge of calculated fields and custom reporting solutions.
• Experience with Workday Core HR and PS Workforce Administration.
• Knowledge of Workday Recruitment and Security.
• Experience with Workday Talent and Performance.
• Knowledge of Workday Benefits and Compensation.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
• Understanding of data accuracy, reporting governance, confidentiality, and compliance.

Required Technical Expertise

Candidates should have experience in the following areas:

• Workday Reporting: Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Workday HR Modules: Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Talent and Performance, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Workday Security: Understanding of security considerations relevant to HR reporting and access to sensitive data.
• Calculated Fields: Development and maintenance of calculated fields for complex reporting requirements.
• Reporting Governance: SOPs, workflows, KPIs, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Reporting Optimization: Troubleshooting, automation, continuous improvement, and adapting reports to Workday releases.

Pay: ₹1,008,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
