Workday HRIS Analyst (6 month FTC)

£75,000 - Pro rata

Location- 1 day a week in London

I am working with a global organisation who are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst on a 6 month FTC. You will be joining a client who is embarking on multiple optimisation projects and supporting the global HRIS team.

You will

• Manage and maintain the configuration of Workday modules
• Act as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users with their requests
• Partner with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes
• Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
• Facilitate cross-functional team discussions and decision-making by asking insightful questions to uncover true needs and brainstorm effective solutions. Understand the broader context and effectively communicate the impact of HR system and process changes.
• Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop clear and concise requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
