Workday IM Apro Tester

Job Summary We are looking for a Workday International Mobility (IM) APRO Tester to support testing activities across Workday International Mobility, APRO, Expat processes, Core HR, Payroll, and related integrations. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect management, regression testing, and coordination with functional and technical teams to ensure successful releases and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Workday International Mobility (IM) and APRO testing across various business scenarios.
• Execute Expat / International Assignment testing, including employee mobility and related HR processes.
• Test Core HR, Payroll, and International Mobility business processes and integrations.
• Perform Retrofit APRO testing for enhancements, fixes, and system changes.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Validate data flow between Workday and downstream/upstream systems.
• Perform EIB testing and validate inbound/outbound employee data.
• Validate payroll-related changes and integration impacts as part of IM/Expat processes.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using standard defect management processes.
• Participate in requirement reviews and identify potential testing impacts and dependencies.
• Support test planning, estimation, execution reporting, and defect triage.
• Create and maintain PPT-based test status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate with Workday functional consultants, integration teams, HR/Payroll teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support regression testing during Workday releases and production changes.

Required Experience

• 3–7 years of overall relevant testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday IM/APRO and Expat testing.
• Experience working on end-to-end testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Candidates with exposure to Payroll, Core HR, EIB, and Retrofit APRO will be preferred.
