3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience; Workday Studio; EIB; Core Connectors; DIS; Document Transformation; RAAS; Workday SOAP Web Services; inbound and outbound integrations; Studio integrations using SOAP services; RAAS-based integrations; data validation, reconciliation and error reporting; Workday Cloud Connect and connector extensions; Advanced, Composite and Matrix Reports; Calculated Fields; Workday Custom Objects; Studio-based insert/update/delete integrations; Business Process definitions for integrations; effective-dated BP changes; Workday Security Model; ISU and ISSG; Domain and BP security; XSLT 2.0, XML; debugging and performance optimization; release impact analysis, testing and production support
Optional / Good-to-have skillsets
Workday REST APIs; advanced API orchestration; BIRT; OAuth/certificate authentication; SSO support; experience in advanced functional process redesign; broader understanding of HCM/Payroll systems
