Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced WorkdayIntegration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM.
• The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise with Workday business processes, Workday Studio/EIB integrations, and understanding of ServiceNow Integration Hub, along with a strong understanding of HR data models and workflow automation.
• Total 7+ years exp - At least 4+ years of Workday integration experience (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, REST APIs).
• exposure or understanding of ServiceNow experience, ideally with HRSD or ITSM.
• Understanding of Workday Data model
• Build and configure Workday outbound/inbound integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• understanding of ServiceNow Integration Hub flows, transform maps, and data sync logic
• Map Workday HCM data structures to ServiceNow HRSD data models.
