• Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, WorkdayStudio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integrationsolutions.

• Must have worked on End-to-end implementationworkday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.

• Active Workday certification is mandatory.

• Collaborate with the ClientProject team, HR,and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes,and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.

• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen,and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate thefunctionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainmentof the clients expected business result.

• Optimize and maintain the Workday system,ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatorystandards.

• Conduct health checks for clients that arealready live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workdayoptimization.

• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solutiondesign approaches around them.

• Strong knowledge of working with data exchangeformats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT.

• Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports.

• Ability to absorb new technologies and featuresquickly.

• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skillswith the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability toanalyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
