Workday Integration Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Integration Developer based in India.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain reliable integration solutions across Workday and external systems. In this remote role, you will help ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange across enterprise applications. You will leverage your expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and advanced reporting to support essential business processes. The position offers opportunities to solve complex integration challenges, improve system performance, and strengthen data connectivity. You will work across inbound and outbound integration workflows, with a focus on reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

• Design and develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer and create complex calculated fields to meet business intelligence requirements.
• Configure and maintain secure file transfers using SFTP and PGP encryption to protect sensitive information in transit.
• Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
• Develop custom integration solutions using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for standard and complex data exchange scenarios.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core Connectors to enable integration between Workday and third-party applications.
• Design, implement, and manage inbound and outbound integration workflows to ensure accurate data synchronization across enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of professional IT experience, with a strong focus on Workday integration architecture and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of secure file transfer mechanisms, particularly SFTP and PGP encryption.
• Experience monitoring integration performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors.
• Solid understanding of inbound and outbound integrations and enterprise data exchange workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on secure, accurate, and reliable integration delivery.
