We architect, deploy, and optimize integrated Workday ecosystems - connecting HCM, Financials, and EPM with enterprise data warehousing, IAM, and legacy ERP systems - to drive operational agility and strategic workforce insights.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects - design, build, test, and deploy interfaces using Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Architect secure, scalable integration patterns between Workday and external systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Okta, etc.) using middleware or custom orchestration.
• Translate functional requirements into technical integration specs; collaborate with solution architects and business analysts for seamless data flow.
• Manage integration governance - version control, CI/CD pipelines, environment sync, and regression testing across dev/test/prod.
• Coach junior integration developers; enforce best practices in error handling, logging, performance tuning, and security compliance.
• Support post-go-live stability - troubleshoot production issues, optimize job schedules, and document integration roadmaps for future phases.
