- Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
- Familiarity with programming languages like XSLT, XTT, XML, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with middleware and integration platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
- Relevant Workday certifications will be an advantage.
