Workday Integrations Lead - Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Integrations Lead - Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will guide enterprise cloud integration efforts, with a strong focus on Workday across multiple functional areas. The position will partner closely with technical teams, executive stakeholders, and client leaders to deliver scalable solutions that support complex implementations and ongoing optimization. You will help shape integration standards, improve delivery efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across distributed teams and third-party systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations
• Lead the implementation and optimization of integration tools and solutions
• Establish technical standards and reusable assets to enhance quality and efficiency
• Stay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Influence executive stakeholders and drive complex technical decisions
• Manage the integration of third-party systems across various domains
• Support end-user training development and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations
• 4+ years of Workday integration experience across multiple product areas
• Experience managing large-scale Workday implementation programs and multiple concurrent projects
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams, including offshore resources
• Strong expertise in Workday integration tools and architecture, including Workday Studio and APIs
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and client relationship management
