Workday Integrations Specialist

Integration Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Develop and support integrations for Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Recruiting, and other functional areas.
• Ensure all integrations adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, and data security.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical integration specifications.

System Maintenance & Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations for established Workday Integration for ServiceNow and Payroll Integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations as business requirements evolve or vendor APIs change.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases by validating and updating integrations as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all integrations, including data flow diagrams, design specifications, and change logs.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for integration development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Workday Application Management Team, IT, and business users to perform unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Validate data accuracy and process functionality across systems.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with HRBPs, HR Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless operation across systems and vendors.
• Work with external vendors to manage file formats, schedules, and secure transmission protocols.
• Participate in Workday further deployment
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 system integration support
• Use Workday Help to support and process employee cases.

Data Security & Compliance

• Ensure all integrations comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).
• Manage secure file transfers and encryption protocols for sensitive HR and payroll data.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain access controls and monitor integration security.
