• SCORM, xAPI, Virtual Learning
• Reporting & Compliance Learning

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Learning solutions.
• Manage courses, certifications, learning paths, and campaigns.
• Support integrations, content migration, and release activities.
• Execute UAT, regression testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning, and business stakeholders.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
• Experience in at least one full Workday implementation or Learning rollout.
• Exposure to SCORM/xAPI and third-party learning integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Workday Learning Certification / Workday Pro Accreditation.
• Experience supporting global learning operations.
