Workday Payroll Technical Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Payroll, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll calculations
• Assist in payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system and configuration issues
• Support payroll integrations, EIBs, data loads, and interface monitoring
• Review and implement Workday quarterly releases and payroll enhancements
• Support security administration, access management, and tenant migrations
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and provide timely stakeholder updates
• Gather business requirements and document solutions
• Support payroll audits, compliance activities, and process improvements
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Finance teams

Job Qualifications

At least 4 years of Workday Payroll experience

• Experience as a:

• Workday Technical Consultant

• Workday Developer

• Workday Configurator

Strong knowledge of:

• Payroll processing
• Earnings, deductions, and taxation
• Workday Payroll configuration and support

Experience with:

• EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Workday Reports
• Calculated Fields
• Workday Security and Business Objects

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Willing to work on a US business hours schedule
