About the role

Are you an experienced Workday Project Manager with a strong background in leading end-to-end HCM transformations? We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead Workday implementation and deployment projects while driving stakeholder engagement and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM suite, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, and Learning. Ability to architect solutions that streamline HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and support strategic HR initiatives

• Deployment Planning: Oversee the deployment strategy, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and alignment with the project timeline.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the solution meets diverse needs and to foster buy-in and collaboration.

• Project Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, including Workday consultants, and client-side personnel, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

• Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert in Workday solutions, sharing knowledge and best practices with the project team and client organization.
